Together with his team, he provides comprehensive marketing support, empowering many of the world\u2019s leading brands on their sustainability journeys. Prior to his role at South Pole, Tom established m-way and sharoo, two start-ups in the areas of electric mobility and peer-to-peer car sharing, acting as intrapreneur for Migros, Switzerland\u2019s biggest retailer.
