Rachel Kaufman is the Senior Manager, Worldwide Sustainability for Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she is responsible for engaging consumers and customers in company-wide and brand-specific sustainability communications. She also leads effort to integrate environmental improvements and attributes into the product pipelines and marketing strategies for Johnson & Johnson consumer product brands. <\/p>\n
Rachel has been with Johnson & Johnson for 10 years in various brand management roles spanning categories from children\u2019s pain relievers to low-calorie sweeteners. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Rachel managed communications and environmental policy for a non-profit organization and government contracting firm in Washington, DC. She has an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University.
