With more than 100 years of farming heritage and 700 independent growers, Driscoll\u2019s vision is to enrich the lives of everyone throughout the business enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kelley has been with Driscoll\u2019s for more than thirteen years and has created the department and vision for Driscoll\u2019s community impact. \u00a0Kelley has made a significant contribution facilitating and driving the company\u2019s philanthropic, worker welfare and environmental efforts. \u00a0She founded the Pajaro Valley Community Water Dialogue (a multi-stakeholder group working to balance the local aquifer in a constrained environment). Every day at Driscoll\u2019s is inspiring to her; she is surrounded by people committed to having a positive impact on the world.
