As the Chief Sustainability Officer at Leverage Lab, Sara helps companies to identify and make impact towards social and environmental sustainability. She is a talented facilitator who brings an authentic and transparent approach to creating change towards a sustainable future. With a Master’s Degree in strategic leadership towards sustainability, strong values and years of experimentation, Sara brings to her clients many different disciplines and schools of thought including Social Innovation, Social Innovation Labs, Systems Thinking, Network Theory, Human-Centered Design, Open-Source, Lean Startups, Collective Impact, Theory U, Adult Development Theory, just to name a few. Her passion for engaging people paired with her love for travel has gifted her with a vast network and an uncanny ability to know who to connect to and when; finding ways of working across silos and building collaborations that are in service to a wider agenda.
