Chelsey manages CSR and sustainability at Nordstrom, including identifying new opportunities that will resonate with customers and employees. CSR at Nordstrom ranges from human rights to food sourcing, and renewable energy to product sustainability, and Chelsey often serves as a connector between teams across the company, identifying and activating existing momentum. She holds a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
