Transitioning from linear to circular economies – innovative strategies and tactics that retailers are using to make the transition

Interest in the Circular Economy continues to grow and increasingly consumers will look to the “front-line” retailers and distributors for more circular product solutions. As sustainability leaders, it is our role to understand, propose and pilot circular economy solutions within our organizations, but many of us often find ourselves asking: How do I build the business case and buy-in to pilot new opportunities? How do I find the right circular model for my retail business? How do I set-up a pilot and/or scale? This session will explore how different retailers handle the risks and opportunities in bringing more circular products and solutions to market.
