Diversity, work/life balance, stress, health, productivity and innovation are all challenges businesses face in their workplaces. All of these challenges as well as a new generation of employees demanding better pay, flexibility, employer responsibility and benefits are compounding workplace challenges for businesses. In this Innovation Lab, we will use Design Thinking to generate a better/deeper question and then using this question to guide us in developing solutions that will address these challenges.
