Review the Event Program to Appropriately Schedule Your Team
Be sure to review the full SB’18 Vancouver Program, as well as the Activation Hub schedule to appropriately schedule your team. While the Activation Hub will be open for long periods of the day, there will be both high traffic times where you should schedule many of your team to have a presence in your exhibiting footprint. And there will be other times where there will be concurrent sessions taking place and you can send some of your team to engage in the educational sessions. Be sure to review the schedule to prep! Keep in mind, only Executive and Leadership passes gain access to Breakouts and Plenaries.
Am I Admissible into Canada?
Depending on where you are traveling from, you may need to apply for a Visa to enter Canada. There may also be travel restrictions if you have any criminal record. Learn more by clicking here.
Even if you don’t need a special Visa, it is recommended that every attendee have a copy of SB’s “Letter of Event Recognition” with them when they cross the border. This will make it easier in case they want proof that you are actually attending an event.
