Ben Richards Ben is Consulting Director at Radley Yeldar, a London-based brand and communications agency. He was a key player in developing RY’s Fit for Purpose index, a study of the brands best placed to put purpose into practice. He works across RY’s offer – which includes brand, sustainability, reporting and engagement services – helping clients address complex briefs that relate to strategy and story development. Prior to taking this role, Ben was RY’s Head of Sustainability. He works across many sectors, and current clients include Cargill, Glencore, Heineken, IKEA, Lloyds Banking Group, Maersk and PwC. He also leads RY’s relationships with Sustainable Brands and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
