An application is not a guarantee that you will receive a credential, as space is limited. Qualified applicants include working members of print, broadcast and online media. Please send contact details, a letter of assignment and examples of recent articles published. No journalists, photographers or camera crews will be considered without providing the above materials. Press credentials are available only to working press who can show evidence that their attendance may result in coverage of the conference in print, broadcast or online media.<\/p>\n

Registration Policies<\/h2>\n

Value Guarantee<\/h3>\n

At Sustainable Life Media, we work hard to provide high-quality, high-value learning and networking opportunities for our community. We’re confident you’ll find your participation at SB’17 Detroit of tremendous value,\u00a0and we will refund your conference pass registration fee in full if you disagree after having attended the conference.<\/p>\n

In order to maintain the quality of experience SB alumni have come to expect, we do not discount our prices for general attendees. However, we are committed to doing all we can to make it possible for those who would like to participate to do so, and offer several volunteer opportunities<\/a> that may allow you to contribute service in exchange for a reduction in fees.<\/p>\n

Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h3>\n

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by April 22, 2017, for a full refund less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing authorization to the SB’17 Detroit Team.<\/p>\n

For cancellations after April 22, 2017, we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the amount paid, to be applied toward a registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place prior to SB’18. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.<\/p>\n

*<\/strong><\/span>All discount codes must be applied within the first 24 hours following your registration. After this 24 hour period, discounts and price adjustments cannot be applied. <\/em><\/p>\n

Note: Discounts are not honored for All-Event passes purchased under the special 2017 early bird pricing period.<\/p>\n
