If you change your plans for any reason, you must notify us in writing by September 17, 2022 for a credit to a future Sustainable Brands event, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it is possible to transfer the pass to another person. If you do wish to transfer your pass to another person, please note that you are responsible for this process. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing written authorization to the Sustainable Brands Team at register@sustainablebrands.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For cancellations after September 17, 2022 we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the full amount paid, to be applied toward registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place 365 days after the conference date. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If not applied at the time of registration, all discount codes must be applied within the first 24 hours following your registration.
