The Ecoinnovation laboratory is an initiative from Obra Social “la Caixa” and the Fórum Ambiental Foundation, with the objective of making the relation between Eco innovation and competiveness visible in the development of business. This is why there is a constant movement towards identifying business opportunities that have eco innovation as their main strategy. The Ecoinnovation laboratory also anticipates future necessities for the development of business by providing tools and materials that business need to incorporate in the strategies of their industry.
Ramon is co-founder of inèdit, an eco-innovation consultancy firm based in Barcelona born in 2009 as a spin-off of the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona) Research Park. Prior to this, Ramon did a PhD on Environmental Sciences and Technology at the Environmental Sciences and Technology Institute (ICTA), where he started his career in 2005 as a researcher on ecodesign, sustainability and environmental metrics.
While working at inèdit he has developed a strong knowledge of the state of the art of eco-innovation, and now he is responsible of the Technical Secretariat of the Eco-innovation Lab.
