Born in Melilla, Juan José Litrán Melul is degree in Law and Business Studies by ICADE and Master in Business Administration by “Instituto de Empresa” of Madrid.
Juan Jose has carried out different responsibility jobs for the consulting company Deloitte Huskinns & Sells (London and Madrid) and has been member of the Board of Directors in a group of companies related to Tourism and Hotel Business. In Coca Cola Spain he has held several positions and responsibilities in different business areas: Firstly in Human Resources Department and later he will be responsible for the internal coordination of the 92 events as the Olympic Games celebrated in Barcelona and the Expo of Seville (the Universal Exhibition of 1992). After that, he joins the department of External Relations, in which he takes responsibility of the programs of local sponsorship. Actually, he is the Corporate Relations Director of the company for Spain and Portugal. He is part of the European Committee of Sustainability and he is a member of the different work teams in environment and corporate social responsibility areas too. Furthermore, he is The Coca Cola Foundation Director and member of its board. He is part of the Leadership Team of the company in Spain. Member of the Board of Directors and he leads the Communication Committee of the Manufacturers’ Spanish Association of Refreshing Beverages and Alimentum Foundation. He is Member of the Communication and Environment Committee of the Food and Beverages Processing Industries Federation (FIAB). Also he is Member of the Taxes Committee of the United States Chamber of Commerce in Spain and member of the full multi-brand association (ANEABE) and Member of Sustainability networking international group the TCCC. Additionally, he is Member of the European Packaging Steering cmt, Trustee of Save the Children Spain and Member of the Protectors Counsel of the Royal Theatre.
